Payment Policy: Beads of Paradise Jewelry accepts payments through PayPal services in the form of PayPal payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, or US Postal Money Orders for its hand crafted jewelry. Beads of Paradise Jewelry uses the PayPal Website Payments program which allows us to accept PayPal and credit card payments while using the PayPal Shopping Cart and Checkout secure technology. To use a credit card to make your purchase, select Proceed to Checkout from the Shopping Cart page. Once on the Checkout page you will see a row of credit card logos. Just above those logos is a Continue button that will take you to a secure credit card payment page serviced by the PayPal Internet Banking Site. |
Shipping & Return Policy: Beads of Paradise Jewelry ships our products via the US Postal Service for a $3.99 fee within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations, please contact us. Customers using US Post Office Boxes will be contacted prior to items being shipped. Beads of Paradise Jewelry does not at this time ship to non-USPS PO Box delivery services. Local customers may pick up items and avoid shipping costs, but must contact us to make pick-up arrangements prior to picking up their jewelry items. Each piece of jewelry is hand crafted and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Many beads and semi precious stones have natural inclusions and imperfections that may seem at first glance to be scratches or some other type of damage. If an item is received scratched, damaged or needs to be returned, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item so we that can make appropriate arrangements to correct the problem. All returned items must be in new, original and unused condition. Any item that requires being returned will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included on all correspondence and marked clearly on the outside of any returned packaging. No returned items will be accepted unless an RMA has been assigned. Buyer is responsible for return postage. If a refund is deemed necessary it will be for merchandise only. No refunds will be made for shipping charges. |
Sales Tax Policy: A sales tax will automatically be charged to all orders shipped to Florida addresses, per State of Florida sales tax code requirements. |
Site Navigation Tips: When you select the Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets or Sets buttons from the left side of any webpage it will take you to the first page of the group selected. To page up and down through any item grouping, just click the numbers below that grouping's name or the Back and Next buttons at the bottom center of each group's page. Every item has a unique number assigned and can be seen when you click on the thumbnail image from a grouping's page and move to the description and price page. All item numbers are 4 digits long and followed by a space then a letter (n - Necklaces, e - Earrings, b - Bracelets or s - Sets). Use the Back button just above the View Cart icon to return to the previous page. Please use the item number in all correspondence. |
Removing items from Shopping Cart: Once in the Shopping Cart you can remove an item by clicking the Remove box and then clicking on the Update button. |
How to make a purchase using a credit card: If you don't have a PayPal account or just would rather use a credit card to make your purchase, select Proceed to Checkout from the Shopping Cart page. Calculating an order's total cost with shipping and sales tax (FL only): To see your total cost, including shipping and sales tax if applicable, go to the Checkout page and on its right corner you will see your order's total. Just slightly below the total amount area you can click on Calculate total order amount. When prompted enter your zip code and click Update. |
Leaving the Checkout page without making a purchase: At any time while in the Checkout page you can stop the checkout process or just return to our home page by clicking the Return to Beads of Paradise Jewelry button at the bottom left of the screen. |
