Payment Policy:

Beads of Paradise Jewelry accepts payments through PayPal Online
Banking services in the form of credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or US
Postal Money Orders for its hand crafted jewelry.

Beads of Paradise Jewelry uses the PayPal Online Banking secure site
which allows us to accept credit and debit cards while using their
Shopping Cart and Check Out secure technology. To use a credit or debit
card to make your purchase, select
Check Out from the Shopping
Cart
page. Once on the Check Out page select the Don't have a
PayPal Account
link to pay with a credit or debit card as a PayPal
Guest, or login to your PayPal account if you want to use your own
PayPal account.

Any shipping or billing information collected by Beads of Paradise
Jewelry is only used to process your order. This information will not be
shared with any other parties. Your credit or debit card information is
not shared with us. PayPal just transfers the funds needed to our
account to complete your purchase.
Shipping & Return Policy:

Beads of Paradise Jewelry ships our products via the US Postal Service
for a $3.99 fee within the contiguous United States. For shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International locations, please contact
us. Customers using US Post Office Boxes will be contacted prior to
items being shipped. Beads of Paradise Jewelry does not at this time
ship to non-USPS PO Box delivery services. Local customers may pick
up items and avoid shipping costs, but must contact us to make pick-up
arrangements prior to picking up their jewelry items.

Each piece of jewelry is hand crafted and is carefully inspected prior to
shipment. Many beads and semi precious stones have natural inclusions
and imperfections that may seem at first glance to be scratches or some
other type of damage. If an item is received scratched, damaged or needs
to be returned, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item so
we that can make appropriate arrangements to correct the problem. All
returned items must be in new, original and unused condition.

Any item that requires being returned will be issued a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included on all
correspondence and marked clearly on the outside of any returned
packaging. No returned items will be accepted unless an RMA has been
assigned. Buyer is responsible for return postage. If a refund is deemed
necessary it will be for merchandise only. No refunds will be made for
shipping charges.
Sales Tax Policy:

A sales tax will automatically be charged to all orders shipped to
Florida addresses, per State of Florida sales tax code requirements.
Site Navigation Tips:

First select a group from the left hand side of the screen i.e. Necklaces,
Earrings, Bracelets, etc. This will take you to the first page of that
grouping's selections. To page up and down through any selected
grouping, just use the
Back and Next buttons at the bottom center of
each group page or a given page number under the grouping's name.

Every item has a unique number assigned and can be seen when you
select the item from a grouping's page in its description area. All item
numbers are 4 digits long and followed by a letter (n - Necklace, e -
Earrings, b - Bracelet or s - Sets). Please use the item number in all
correspondence.
Removing items from Shopping Cart:

Once in the Shopping Cart you can remove an item by clicking the
"
Remove" button.
How to make a purchase using a credit card:

Select an item and click the Add to Cart button. When you are done
shopping and ready to purchase, select the
Check Out button. This will
take you to the "Choose a way to pay" screen. If you don't have a PayPal
account or just would rather use a credit or debit card to make your
purchase, select the
Don't have a PayPal account? link in the
middle of the page. This will take you to a screen where you enter your
card and billing information. Next select the
Review and Pay button,
review your information and select the
Pay Now button. At the bottom
of all PayPal screens is a link that allows you to
Cancel and return
to Beads of Paradise Jewelry
home page if you want to cancel the
"Check Out" in progress. Once your purchase is complete you will be
returned to the Beads of Paradise Jewelry home page. PayPal will also
send you a confirmation receipt with your purchases and costs.
Calculating an order's total cost with shipping and
sales tax (FL only):

To see your total cost, including shipping and sales tax if applicable, just
enter your Zip code in either the Shopping Cart or Check Out page. If
you have a
Florida Zip Code your summary will include Florida State
Sales Tax.
Leaving the Checkout page without making a
purchase:

At any time while in the Check Out process you can stop the check out
process and return to our home page by clicking the
Cancel and
return to Beads of Paradise Jewelry
link on any of the PayPal
secure pages.
